AUT Professor Awarded at "Women in Mathematics Day"

Dr. Sara Saeedi Madani, Professor at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of Amirkabir University of Technology, won International Women in Mathematics Day’s award in the divisions of International Joint Research and Scientific Activities
Dr. Saeedi Madani is currently an Assistant Professor of Mathematics and Computer Science at Amirkabir University of Technology, obtaining her undergraduate degree from Alzahra University, master's degree and PHD under the guidance of Prof. Dariush Kiani from Amirkabir University of Technology, and post-doctoral course at Osnabrück University, Germany for two years, and has spent a year in fundamental science research.
Dr. Saeedi Madani has been active in solving 4 mathematical conjectures and developing a conjecture.
She has also been invited to international conferences and seminars, and has published more than 5 qualitative articles in leading international journals in which she has collaborated with five renowned professors from Germany, Japan, Italy and Romania.
She has also received research fellowships for 5 short-term study opportunities in Germany and Italy.
