According to the latest “US News” rankings, Amirkabir University of Technology ranked 37th in the list of "Best Global Universities for Mathematics" and ranked first among Iranian academic institutions in the field of mathematics.
This ranking system ranks the world universities annually in 43 key subject areas based on the Clarivate list and the data and criteria used in the Web of Science.
These thematic rankings are based on academic research performance, including publications and citations, as well as indicators of global and regional reputation in each specific subject for the five-year period 2015-2019. However, all publications, including the latest available data, have been used to count citations to articles.
